Public PropertyAggregateLimit(Optional) Contains the aggregate limit for the layer in a reinsurance treaty, which is the maximum loss that the layer can incur across all occurrences in a given year.  
Public PropertyAggregateRetention(Optional) Contains the aggregate retention for the layer in a reinsurance treaty, which is the amount of risk retained by the cedant for a given year.  
Public PropertyAppliesToEvent(Optional) Contains the geographic areas that the layer or location applies to.  
Public PropertyAppliesToEventFilter(Optional) Contains the event filter criteria that the layer or location applies to.  
Public PropertyAppliesToGeo(Optional) Contains the geo filter criteria that the layer or location applies to.  
Public PropertyAppliesToGeoFilter(Optional) Contains the geo filter criteria that the layer or location applies to.  
Public PropertyAppliesToLineOfBusiness Contains the line of business filter that the layer or location applies to.  
Public PropertyCededAmount(Required) Contains the ceded amount (percentage) for this Reinsurance Treaty.  
Public PropertyCedentName(Optional) Name of the cedant associated with the reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyCoinsuranceAmount(Optional) Contains the insurer's coninsurance, which is the portion of the losses that are retained by the cedant.  
Public PropertyCurrencyCode(Required) Represents the currency associated with this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyDescription(Required) Represents the currency associated with this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyEditedDate Indicates the modified date of this reinsurance program. (Inherited from AIR.InformationModel.Reinsurance.Api.ReinsuranceObject)
Public PropertyEnteredDate Indicates the initial date of this reinsurnace program. (Inherited from AIR.InformationModel.Reinsurance.Api.ReinsuranceObject)
Public PropertyExpirationDate(Required) Indicates the expiration date of this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyInceptionDate(Required) Indicates the inception or creation date of this reinsurance treaty.

The inception date of a reinsurance treaty must occur before the expiration date.

 
Public PropertyIndustryLossMaximum(Optional) Indicates the maximum loss amount limit per event for this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyIndustryLossMinimum(Optional) Indicates the minimum industry loss amount limit per event for this reinsurance treaty.

This amount must be less than the Industry Loss Maximum value.

 
Public PropertyInuringSequenceNumber(Required) Represents the sequential order in which Touchstone applies reinsurance treaties to the Gross insured loss, in order to determine the Net loss to the insurer.  
Public PropertyLossesPaid(Optional) Contains the user-defined loss paid terms for this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyLossModificationFactor (Optional) Contains the user-defined loss modification factor associated with the reinsurance program.  
Public PropertyMatchLossToLimit(Optional) Represents the user-defined limit amount for this treaty.  
Public PropertyOccurrenceLimit(Optional) Maximum loss that this treaty can incur from each occurrence.

Must be a numeric value between 0 and 99999999999999, inclusive

 
Public PropertyOccurrenceRetentionDeductible amount 1.

This treaty does not assume losses below the value specified in this field.

 
Public PropertyParticipationGross(Optional) Percentage of risk that the insurer covers for this treaty.  
Public PropertyParticipationNet(Optional) Percentage of net risk that the inusrer covers for this treaty.  
Public PropertyPerils(Required) Perils that this treaty covers.

At least one peril is required if you are creating a new record or editing an existing record.

Default = All perils (PAL)

 
Public PropertyPlacedAmount(Optional) Percentage of the limit that has been placed in the reinsurance market.
  • Percent Ceded is applied before aggregate and occurrence terms while Percent Placed is applied after aggregate and occurrence terms.
  • Required if you are creating a new record or editing an existing record.
  • Must be a numeric value between 0 and 100, inclusive
  • Default = 100.00
 
Public PropertyPortfolioLossMaximum(Optional) Maximum value of events to which Touchstone should apply this CAT XOL treaty

Touchstone applies CAT XOL treaties only to events with net losses between the portfolio minimum and maximum values.

  • Applies only to CAT XOL treaties
  • Must be less than the portfolio loss maximum if the portfolio loss maximum value is greater than 0.
  • Must be a numeric value between 0 and 99999999999999, inclusive.
 
Public PropertyPortfolioLossMinimum(Optional) Minimum value of events to which Touchstone should apply this CAT XOL treaty
  • Applies only to CAT XOL treaties
  • Must be less than the portfolio loss maximum if the portfolio loss maximum value is greater than 0
  • Must be a numeric value between 0 and 99999999999999, inclusive
 
Public PropertyPreferredExposureTypeCode(Optional) Exposure type of this reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyProgramName Name of the reinsurance program.  
Public PropertyProgramSid(Required) Unique sequential identifier associated with the treaty's reinsurance program.  
Public PropertyProjectSid(Optional) Indicates the Touchstone generated sequential identifier associated with the project where the treaty belongs.  
Public PropertyReinsTargetTypeCode(Required) Represents one of the exposure types to which this reinsurance treaty applies to. The following lists the applicable target type based on the treaty type.
  • Quota Share = Contract/Location/Layer
  • Per-Risk Excess of Loss = Contract/Location/Layer
  • Surplus Share = Location/Layer
  • Catastrophe Excess of Loss = Portfolio

If you select Location or Layer as the target type, Touchstone automatically applies the treaty at the location level if there are no layers in the policy, and at the layer level if there are layers in the policy.

 
Public PropertyReinstatement(Optional) Maximum number of times the risk limit can be reinstated after the application of a loss amount during the coverage period
  • Must be 0 if the aggregate limit is greater than 0
  • Applies only to Catastrophe Excess of Loss treaties
  • Must be a numeric value between 0 and 99, inclusive
 
Public PropertyReinstProvisionalAmount(Optional) Indicates the provisional amount for this reinstatement.  
Public PropertyReinstProvisionalTime(Optional) Indicates the provisional time for this reinstatement.  
Public PropertyReinsurerName(Required) User-provided reinsurer name  
Public PropertyRiskAggregateLimit(Optional) Aggregate limit for a single risk or per layer for this treaty

Public PropertySid Unique sequential identifier of the reinsurance program that you want to modify. (Inherited from AIR.InformationModel.Reinsurance.Api.ReinsuranceObject)
Public PropertyStartingEventNumber(Optional) Sequence number of an event within a single year's set of events at which Touchstone begins applying this CAT XOL treaty.

This starting event number is not the event ID. It is typically a number between 1 and 10, inclusive, depending on the number of events per year. The default value of 1 indicates that Touchstone applies this treaty starting with the first event of every year.

  • Required if you are creating a new record or editing an existing record
  • Applies only to treaties of the CAT XOL treaty type
  • Must be a numeric value between 1 and 999, inclusive
  • Default = 1
 
Public PropertyStateCode Indicates the current status of this reinsurance program. (Inherited from AIR.InformationModel.Reinsurance.Api.ReinsuranceObject)
Public PropertySubmitStatusCode(Required) Indicates the status code of the reinsurance treaty.  
Public PropertyTreatyID(Required) User-provided name of this treaty.

Required if you are creating a new record or editing an existing record

Must be unique within the reinsurance program

Cannot begin with a space

Can contain up to 100 characters

 
Public PropertyTreatyTypeCode(Required) Represents one of the following treaty types:
  • Catastrophe Excess of Loss
  • Quota Share
  • Surplus Share
  • Per-Risk Excess of Loss
 
Public PropertyTriggerTypeCode(Required) Represents one of the trigger types based on the treaty type.

Loss Occurring During (LOD) or Risks Attaching (RA)
