Geography/Construction |
Construction type is not found in the geographic area, for example, adobe in New England. |
Occupancy/Height |
Height is unusual for the type of occupancy, for example, a 10 story restaurant. |
Coverage |
Locations with replacement values, limits, or deductibles that are greater than or less than typical values for their types of policies. For example, it is unusual for a building's total replacement value to be less than $20,000. |
