Public PropertyAverageAnnualLossContains the average annual loss (AAL), that is, the expected annual loss at the Location analyzed due to a severe thunderstorm. The AAL is presented as a percentage of total value.  
Public PropertyDateOfTopHistoricalHailStormContains the date of the nearest historical hail storm that is in the AIR catalog to the Location analyzed.  
Public PropertyDateOfTopHistoricalTornadoContains the date of the nearest historical tornado that is in the AIR catalog to the Location analyzed.  
Public PropertyDateOfTopHistoricalWindStormContains the date of the nearest historical straight-line wind storm that is in the AIR catalog to the Location analyzed.  
Public PropertyHailStormContains a value that represents one of the following hail storm exposure levels that you want to highlight for the Locations in the Exposure View analyzed:

Public PropertyLossLevel250Year Contains the loss level expected to occur due to severe thunderstorms in the area analyzed during 1 year out of 250, or with a probability of 0.4% in any single year. Loss level risk is presented as a percentage of total value.

Public PropertyRelativeRiskAreaContains the relative risk of a specified Location due to a severe thunderstorm compared to the risk at other Locations within the same state (area). Relative risk is presented as a percentile ranking.  
Public PropertyRelativeRiskSubAreaContains the relative risk of a specified Location due to a severe thunderstorm compared to the risk at other Locations within the same county (subarea). Relative risk is presented as a percentile ranking.  
Public PropertyTornadoContains a value that represents one of the following tornado exposure levels that you want to highlight for the Locations in the Exposure View analyzed:
