Public Properties

Public PropertyContractSidContains the Touchstone®-generated Sequential Identifier that uniquely identifies the Contract that contains this Step Function.  
Public PropertyNameContains the name of this Step Function.  
Public PropertyPerilsContains a Peril Set Code that lists the perils associated with this Step Function.  
Public PropertySidContains the Touchstone®-generated Sequential Identifier (SID) that uniquely identifies this Step Function.  
Public PropertyStepFunctionDetailsContains the details for each step in this Step Function, including deductibles, start and end triggers, and payouts, among other properties.  
Public PropertyStepTriggerTypeCodeContains one of the following codes to indicate the trigger type for this Step Function:
Code Description
1 Building: Building and contents payouts are based on building damage only.
2 Contents: Building and contents payouts are based on contents damage only.
3 Building+Contents: Payout is based on combined building and contents damage.
4 Building, then Contents: Payout is based on building damage if the loss is greater than or equal to the building trigger. Otherwise, if contents damage is triggered, payout is based on contents damage.
5 Building, Contents Separately: Building payout is based on building damage and contents payout is based on contents damage.
