Public MethodRetrieves a list of the Touchstone Re ™ program aggregate loss analysis results that you can subsequently export to the Analyze Re application from a given Business Unit and SQL Server Instance.

If you license the Analyze Re features in Touchstone Re, AIR sets up the connection between the applications.

The application returns only results for analyses that included:

  • One reinsurance program. You cannot export results for analyses that included multiple programs or a portfolio of reinsurance treaties.
  • A 10,000-year stochastic event set. You cannot export results for analyses that included historical, ALERT, or realistic disaster scenario (RDS) event sets or event sets for catalogs larger than 10,000 simulated years.

The application does not return results for analyses that failed or that a user canceled or deleted.

You can subsequently export returned results using the SubmitUploadProgramAggregateLossResultToAnalyzeRe() method.

Public MethodRetrieves the Touchstone® Detailed Loss Analysis Export templates (identified by codes) for a given Detailed Loss Analysis.

Loss Analysis Export templates are files that contain report names and codes under which exported Analysis results data is collected and grouped for improved organization. The template files do not contain the data itself. They contain the codes used to group the data when Touchstone writes it to a comma separated values (CSV) file.

Public Method
Public MethodSubmits a request to export Touchstone® Detailed Loss Analysis results to a Company Loss File (CLF™).

CLFs enable you to send the Loss Analysis results (that were stored in a Results database) to reinsurers and investors who license CATRADER®. CLFs are especially useful when you are analyzing non-standard books with unusually high deductibles or unique geographic concentrations, per risk and surplus share treaties, and facultative contracts. After specifying the target Analysis SID, you specify the perils and Financial Perspectives to include and map any unrecognized Line of Business (LOB) values. The loss results are exported in the same currency that you used to run the Loss Analysis.

Note: In order to export losses to a CLF, you must run the Analysis and save losses at specific levels. See Getting Started with Touchstone for more information about the conditions required to export Loss Analysis results to a CLF.

Public MethodSubmits a request to export Touchstone® Detailed Loss Analysis results as a company loss association (CLA).

You can export loss data from Touchstone in two formats:

  • Company loss files (CLFs). You can subsequently import CLFs into Touchstone Re.
  • Company loss associations. When you create a company loss association, Touchstone writes the loss data to an AIRCompanyLoss database that is accessible to the Touchstone Re application and associates the data with a Touchstone Re company.

Public MethodSubmits a request to export Touchstone® exposure data to comma-separated values (CSV) format.
Public MethodSubmits a request to export a set of portfolio aggregate loss analysis results to a detailed loss file (DLF) in binary format.

DLFs contain area, subarea, and line of business information in binary or comma-separated values (CSV) format. Touchstone Re can create a DLF from an aggregate loss analysis that a user ran against a reinsurance program or a portfolio of reinsurance treaties (or layers). You can use DLFs in binary format in both Touchstone Re and CATRADER.

When submitting the request, you specify the sequential identifier of the analysis that generated the results to export, the destination of the DLF, the currency to include in the DLF, and so on.

Public Method
Public MethodSubmits a request to export Touchstone® Detailed Loss Analysis results to a comma separated values (CSV) file.
Public MethodSubmits a request to upsample or downsample catalog and then export loss results to the Analyze Re application. The AIR application automatically calibrates whether the request has to be upsampled or downsampled based on the catalog size, (i.e.) The application downsamples a request job with selected catalog size equal to or less than 10,0000-year events; And, the application upsamples a catalog size equal to or morethan 0.
Public MethodSubmits a request to export one set of program aggregate loss analysis results to the Analyze Re application.

You can export results only for analyses that included:

  • One reinsurance program. You cannot export results for analyses that included multiple programs or a portfolio of reinsurance treaties.
  • A 10,000-year stochastic event set. You cannot export results for analyses that included historical, ALERT, or realistic disaster scenario (RDS) event sets or event sets for catalogs larger than 10,000 simulated years.

Additionally, you cannot export results for analyses that failed or that a user canceled or deleted.

Touchstone Re exports results to Analyze Re only at the 100 percent participation level.
