Touchstone 2025 (13.0) includes new features and enhancements to the user interface, and updates to the Verisk Models. We made the following schema changes to support new features, enhance existing capabilities and incorporate model updates:
Support for Renewable energy assets
- We have introduced new set of construction and occupancy codes to the tAIRConstruction and tAIROccupancy table in dbo.AIRReference database to support risk analysis of solar farms in the United States across multiple perils. This enhancement enables you to import the exposures with new construction and occupancy codes into Touchstone, enabling more accurate measurement of the impact of catastrophic events on these renewable energy assets.
Enhancements to AIRExposure database
- We have added two new properties, AverageHazardLevel and AverageHazardUserID to the tLocation table in the dbo.AIRExposure database.
- These properties enable average hazard calculations for exposures at specified aggregate resolutions, improving risk assessment capabilities.
Data updates
We made several data updates including:
- 285 values in tAIRConstOccRegionOccXref table and 472 values in tAIRConstOccRegionConstXref tables in the dbo.AIRReference database have been added to extend additional support for new occupancies and contructions for many countries.
- Updated tPerilSetXref table in the dbo.AIRReference database with modifications to perils included in the peril sets.
