Custom Loss Cost templates enables you to create a custom loss cost calculator and apply customized default costs of losses to an exposure view. This template applies only to US exposures.

Parameters & Buttons	Description
Common buttons	Use these buttons (when applicable) and the parameters below to manage custom loss cost templates.
Name	Name of the custom loss cost template.
Description	Brief description of the custom loss cost template.
Country	Select a country from the list.
Area (State)	Select an area (state) from the selection list.
SubArea (County)	Select a subarea (country) from the selection list.
Postal Code	Enter a postal code, if applicable.
Construction	Select a construction type from the list.
Occupancy	Select an occupancy type from the list.
Coverage	Select a coverage type from the list.
Loss Cost	Enter a loss cost figure. The value must be greater than zero.
