Deleting Custom Map Layers

• Administration Console > Object Management > Custom Map Layers > Delete

You can delete one or more custom map layers. Even though you can no longer use the deleted map layers, you can view geospatial analysis results that were run with those map layers. You can view the results via the Activity Monitor.

The Delete option deletes all data associated with the deleted map layer or map layers from the database, excluding legends associated with the deleted map layers. If a group that contained deleted map layers does not contain any map layers after deletion, you should delete the group.

To delete custom map layers:

1.     In the Custom Map Layers pane, select the map layer or map layers that you want to delete.

2.     Click Delete .

The system prompts you to confirm that you want to delete the selected number of layers.

3.     If you want to proceed, click Delete again, or click Cancel if you do not want to proceed with the deletion.
