Copying Detailed Results

To copy detailed results of a Data Quality Analysis to a third-party spreadsheet application:

1.     Access the results for an analysis.

•       To access results in Portfolio Mode, see Accessing Analysis Results.

•       To access results in Underwriting Contract Mode, see Viewing Analysis Results.

2.     In Portfolio Mode, in the results grid for Data Quality Analyses, expand an analysis to display the list of diagnostics that were run during the analysis.

3.     In the grid, click a diagnostic type, such as "Augmentation".

The Report Detail Viewer opens.

4.     In the Report Detail Viewer, select the view (if applicable) and then select the rows that you want to copy.

5.     Right-click the selection and then select Copy Selected (Ctrl +C) from the shortcut menu.

6.     Access the third-party application and paste (Ctrl + V) the copied data into the target spreadsheet

Alternately, you can copy all the results by right-clicking in the results grid and then selecting Copy Entire Table from the shortcut menu.  You can only use this function to copy visible rows.
