Scoring Results by Policy

This view displays policy-level overall risk and data quality scores. You can group the results by exposure view, exposure set, or policy. Each view displays the scores for the scored peril and for the exposure view, each exposure set, and each policy. When you group by Exposure View, the Data Quality Uncertainty (DQU) and Overall Risk Values are aggregated from the other group-by results. For example, assume that you have Exposure View A with Exposure Set 1 and Exposure Set 2. Exposure Set 1 has a DQU of 200 while Exposure Set 2 has a DQU of 320. In the Group Results By Exposure View, the DQU will be 520, the aggregate sum of the DQU in each exposure set.

When viewing scoring results by policy in Underwriting Contract Mode, the only applicable option in the Group Results By field is Policy.

The following table describes each of the columns. Each description applies to the corresponding group.

Percent of locations where the year built is known.

% Quality Geocode

X

X

X

Percent of locations with a quality geocode match level (User Supplied, Exact Address, ZIP9 Centroid, Relaxed Address, or Point).

Data Quality

X

X

X

Data quality score. Values range from 0-100, with 100 representing the highest quality.

Data Quality Uncertainty

X

X

X

Data quality uncertainty value.

Exposure Set

X

X

Exposure set to which the corresponding scores apply.

Exposure View

X

X

X

Exposure view to which the corresponding scores apply.  If you group results by Exposure View and the exposure view includes more than one exposure set, the grid will contain a separate row for each exposure set.

Overall Risk

X

X

X

Quantifies the overall risk based on:

       Known address information

       Known risk characteristics

       Data quality

Loss costs and average annual losses for exposures in the same geographic locations

The higher the overall risk value, the higher the risk the data structure presents.

Policy

X

Policy to which the corresponding scores apply.
