Confirm Exposure & Select Formats Section

To configure the Confirm Exposure & Select Formats section of the Manage Projects wizard:

1.     On the Exposure Views tab, select the exposure view definitions to export.

2.     Optionally, on the Exposure Formats tab, select CEDE 2.0 and configure the CEDE 2.0 section to export the exposure data in CEDE 2.0 format.

Single Database/Mirror Exposure Set(s): Create one database for each exposure set.

Single/Database/Single Exposure Set per Exposure View: Create one database for each exposure view.

b.     Specify the exposure data to include:

Only exposure set data with filters applied: Export only the data in the exposure set that meets the filter criteria associated with the exposure views to export.

All exposure set data: Export all the data for each exposure set and the exposure view filters associated with the exposure views.

c.     Optionally, select Exclude Insured Name to exclude any names of insured parties from the exported data.

d.     Optionally, select Exclude Premium to exclude the amount of any premiums from the exported data.

e.     Optionally, select Exclude User Defined Fields (UDFs) to exclude any UDFs in the exported data.

f.       If you selected Single Database, in the Database field, specify the database to use and then specify a prefix for the exposure sets in the Exposure Set Prefix field.

g.     If you selected Mirror Databases, specify a prefix for the databases in the Database Name Prefix field.

3.     On the Reinsurance tab, select the reinsurance program definitions to export.
