Exporting Widget Data

You can export selected widget data or all widget data, including a map, to a spreadsheet. This function exports the data retrieved by widgets; it does not export the widget itself.

To export widget data:

1.     Open a set of Geospatial Analysis results that includes one or more widgets.

2.     Open the widget that you want to export.

If you closed all the widgets, you can open them from the View Options window (available in the sidebar).

3.     Select a widget that you want to export.

a.     On the Spatial ribbon, in the Tools group, click Export

b.     Click Export Selected.

c.     In the Save As dialog box, navigate to the target location for the spreadsheet, modify the file name (optional), and then click Save.

Touchstone creates a spreadsheet with the widget data, such as a table with the total replacement values by state.

4.     To export all widget data:

a.     On the Spatial ribbon, in the Tools group, click Export.

b.     Click Export All.

c.     In the Save As dialog box, navigate to the target location for the spreadsheet, modify the file name (optional), and then click Save.

Touchstone creates a spreadsheet that includes a tab for the map and for each widget created for the current analysis results, including the Analysis Summary.
