Column Heading Automapping for Contract CSV Files |
In the table below, the "Touchstone Column Name" column identifies the default contract-related column names available in the Touchstone user interface, while the "Acceptable CSV Column Names" column identifies alternative column names. If you use any of these acceptable alternative column names in your CSV import files, Touchstone recognizes and automaps the corresponding columns correctly. The table also identifies the policy type to which each column applies. Touchstone column names may vary by contract type or country.
If you import Japanese exposures into Touchstone 5.1, and the First Floor Height, Custom Elevation, and Custom Flood Standard of Protection fields contain zeroes, Touchstone 5.1 calculates anomalous losses for those fields. This is because 5.1 treats those elevation values as true zeroes (therefore, as '0' feet). To resolve this, delete the zeroes from those fields before importing into Touchstone 5.1. You can also contact AIR for an SQL script that can update imported data when the fields are accidentally imported with zeroes in those fields.
