AIR Industry Exposure Database

AIR's industry exposure database contains industry-wide data on aggregate exposures for sums insured, number of risks, building attributes, and insurance premium data by line of business and payroll.

The database is essential for estimating market-wide losses, covers all modeled countries, and contains all relevant property data (building counts and values by construction type, occupancy type, building height and geography) by county or CRESTA. It is also used in the AIR CATRADER application for comprehensive catastrophe risk analyses using aggregate exposure data.
