Thematic Summary Options -- Palette Grid in 5.1 and Later

The minimum and maximum values in the grid are based on other map layer properties, such as total replacement value, location, and number of breaks.

To change the fill colors:

1.     In the Map Tools bar, open Project Layers > Thematic Summary > Thematic Summary Editor.

2.     Click the fill color and then, in the window that appears, select a new color from the current palette, from a derived palette, or from a recent palette. Or, click Advanced to manually edit colors.

3.    After modifying fill colors, click (Apply Bands To Layer).

The colors of the banded ranges on the map (and in the map legend, available in the Map Layers tool) reflect the changes and the classification automatically changes to "User Supplied".

4.     To delete banded ranges from the map legend, select them in the grid and then click (Delete legend item).
