AIR's software, model, API, and database documentation is available on the Client Portal.

Documentation for some AIR models includes a document that serves as a guide to the secondary risk characteristics (SRC) used in the model. SRC are features of a building and its environment that have a significant impact on the building’s vulnerability to damage during an event. The SRC are important contributing factors to losses sustained by residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You can search the Client Portal for SRC documents by typing “secondary risk characteristics” in the Search field.

To access the Client Portal:

1.     Go to www.air-worldwide.com/Support-and-Training/Client-Portal/.

2.     Log in, or register for a new account.

You can log in with your ALERT user name and password.

3.     After logging in to the Client Portal, refer to the following sections as needed:

       The "What's New" section that provides the latest information on model and software updates.

       The Documentation and Downloads section enables you to search for specific documents and other types of content (including Help). The Search tool and filters enables you to narrow the results. For example, you can narrow the results to search for software documentation and then search for documentation about "events".

       The "Developer Zone" enables you to locate API and database documentation.

       The Touchstone Exposure Data Validation Reference, which is available on the Client Portal and on AIR's UNICEDE website (www.unicede.com) provides Information about Touchstone's validation rules.
