Exporting an RSP -- CEDE 2.0 Options

When exporting a Reinsurance Submission Package (RSP), you can select a CEDE 2.0 database as the target destination. When you select CEDE 2.0, you must specify the appropriate options as described in the following table.

Parameter

Option

Description

Broker Options

Excluded Insured Name

Excludes the name of the company being insured from the reinsurance program file.

Exclude Premium

Excludes premium information from the reinsurance program file.

Exclude User Defined Fields (UDFs)

Removes all five contract and five location UDF fields. This enables brokers to make the data anonymous before sending it to reinsurers.

Database Optimization

Shrink database

Minimizes the size of the target database.

Database Performance

Drop index on destination database
