Column Chooser

Touchstone includes a Column Chooser in large grids, such as the Contract List, to help you manage larger amounts of information. Use it to select which columns to display and to change the order of columns in a grid or other display.

To include or exclude a column from the display, select or clear the check box to the left of the column heading. Use (Select all) to select or clear all items in the list at the same time. As you select or clear each check box, Touchstone refreshes the display. After you select the columns, close the window, or click outside the window.

You can also select or clear fields in each column.

When you navigate away from the grid, Touchstone saves your selection (on a per-user basis only). Click (Reset) in the Column Chooser window to display the last saved configuration of columns in the chooser.
