Sidebar |
The sidebar is at the far right of various panes, including Results and Exposure View panes. It also appears in the Activity Monitor window. The sidebar icons enable you to alter the content and format of a view, and to view information about it. The sidebar icons that appear depend on the pane you are viewing. The following table describes the available sidebar icons.

Show/Hide Content Items |
Opens the View Options window, which enables you to select the content items to include in the current view. The window includes an option to save the selected view options. |

Change Layout of Content Items |
Opens the Layout Options window, which enables you to select the layout that works best for your data. The window includes an option to save the selected view options. |

View Analysis Definition |
Displays analysis information, such as the activity ID, the analysis ID, the analysis name and type, the target database, the target name or names for the selected analysis, and other view-specific information, such as the number of contracts. As you highlight an analysis or activity, Touchstone updates the information in the window. |

View Analysis Settings |
Displays analysis settings. As you highlight an analysis in the results grid, the application updates the information in the window. |

View Analysis Configuration |
Displays configuration information, such as the analysis ID and the author. You can add notes in the Notes field. The window includes a View Log link. When you highlight an analysis in the results grid, the application updates the information in the window. |
When you click a sidebar icon, a vertical or horizontal window opens; click X to close the window. The contents of each sidebar window depends on the current view.
