Summary | Loss analysis output may be incorrect under a specific set of circumstances where locations are coded for parent perils, there is a sub-peril sublimit, and given events do not produce loss for that subperil when the analysis is run by one or more subperils. |
Description | In this scenario, even when there may be loss generated in another peril, no gross loss is passed to the contract even for the other loss generating peril. This does not happen if the locations are coded in either a row-wise or column-wise fashion. We do not see this behavior if the analysis is run with all relevant subperils selected. |
