Summary Subject programs with Source program(s), perils de-selected in some layers but not others, still produce loss for the de-selected layers.
Description Example: Suppose a Source program with tropical cyclone (TC) and earthquake (EQ) loss feeding a subject program with 2 layers. Subject layer 1 has both TC and EQ selected, but subject layer 2 only has TC selected. Subject layer 2 will still generate EQ loss even though it is not selected.

Workaround Group layers into different subject programs with consistent perils. Can run programs together in a Multi-Program Analysis to group loss together.
