Public Properties
 NameDescription
Public PropertyContains the number of Locations that Touchstone® analyzed for the corresponding rule category.  
Public PropertyContains the number of Locations that violate the corresponding rule.  
Public Property Contains the ID of this data validation result summary.  
Public PropertyContains one of the following Rule Set types that describes the rule that Touchstone® used to validate the corresponding Locations:
  • Completeness Rule
  • Reasonability Rule
 
Public PropertyContains one of the following Rule Set sub-types that describes the rule that Touchstone® used to validate the corresponding Locations:
  • Completeness Rule Sub-types
    Sub-type Examples
    Geographic Missing street address, city, postal code
    Primary Risk Characteristics Year built, building height, construction code, occupancy code
    Secondary Risk Characteristics Roof geometry, wall type, percent glass
    Values and Terms Financial attributes, such as total replacement value, replacement value A, B, C
  • Reasonability Rule Sub-types
    Sub-type Description
    Construction/Age Construction type was not in use in the year built.
    Construction/Occupancy Construction and occupancy codes do not go together. For example, it is unusual for an industrial facility to have wood frame construction.
    Construction/Height Height is unusual for the construction class, for example, a 20 story mobile home.
    Geography/Construction Construction type is not found in the geographic area, for example, adobe in New England.
    Occupancy/Height Height is unusual for the type of occupancy, for example, a 10 story restaurant.
    Coverage Locations with replacement values, limits, or deductibles that are greater than or less than typical values for their types of policies. For example, it is unusual for a building's total replacement value to be less than $20,000.
