Provides a set of indicators to describe the potential of small debris in a radius of 200 feet.

NoDefines the case in which there is no potential of small debris in a radius of 200 feet (1).
UnknownDefines the case in which the potential of small debris in a radius of 200 feet is unknown (default) (0).
YesDefines the case in which there is a potential of small debris in a radius of 200 feet (2).
Remarks
Small debris, such as roof gravel, trash bins, or tree branches may be picked up by high wind and breach window glass. Small debris can be carried to all elevations at high wind speed.
