ISValue Property

(Optional) Contains an IS Value to indicate a measure of the total seismic performance of a building, which accounts for all characteristics that affect the response of a building to an earthquake.

Remarks
This value is based on seismic performance evaluation guidelines.

If you use this modifier, all other modifiers are disabled.
