Contains detailed information about a reinsurance treaty (or layer) in a Portfolio, including the name of the company, name of the reinsurance program, and perils associated with the layer.

Remarks

A layer is a segment of reinsurance associated with a Reinsurance Program. You can collect layers from one or more programs into a portfolio.

Some properties of the Layer object apply only for a subset of Reinsurance Program Types. For more information, refer to the Touchstone Re online help on AIR's Client Portal.

Requirements
