Customize demand surge

Steps to review and adjust demand surge for Touchstone/Touchstone Re.

Admin > Administration Console > Loss Defaults > Demand Surge

The Demand Surge function enables you to set defaults for demand surge. You can also create custom demand surge curves specific to a geographic region. When you create a custom curve, you can paste data into the grid, revert to the last saved version, and clear the grid. Currency is established in Global Defaults > Currency Rate Settings.

Set loss defaults for demand surge in the Demand Surge pane. Note that you cannot change settings for the Analyze Re default regions. The options to change settings become available only after you create a custom surge.
