Commercial Property Policy

Commercial property policies are defined as policies with Policy Type set to Primary Property (PP) or Facultative Property (FP), and with any occupancy code other than 301, 302 or 303 (that is, personal properties). In addition to these occupancy codes, Data Quality Analysis considers locations with occupancy code 306: Residential - Apartment/Condo to be commercial property when the location is determined not to be a tenant policy.
