Adding Contracts

You can add contracts to an exposure view by typing the contract details in the user interface or by copying and pasting the contract details from a spreadsheet.

Touchstone identifies required fields with a red asterisk *.

To add a contract:

1.     Open the contract list.

2.     To add a contract manually:

a.     In the highlighted empty row at the top of the grid, click the Contract ID cell.

A red box appears around the cell.

b.     Type a unique contract ID.

c.     In the remaining columns, type other contract information.

d.     Press Enter.

3.     To add contracts by copying and pasting from a spreadsheet:

a.     In the spreadsheet, copy the rows that contain the contracts to copy.

b.     In Touchstone, right-click in the Contract List pane and then click Paste on the shortcut menu.

The copied contracts appear at the bottom of the grid.

4.     Click Save .

If you do not want to save the changes, click and then click No in the Save project dialog box.

After you add a contract, you add locations.
