Deleting Exposure Sets

When you delete an exposure set, Touchstone marks the exposure data in the exposure set for deletion, and the data becomes inaccessible. The data includes the contracts and locations in the exposure set. You cannot undelete the data.

To delete exposure sets from exposure views:

1.     Open the project that contains the exposure sets to delete.

The Project Data pane lists all the exposure views in the project.

2.     In the All Exposure Views pane, highlight the exposure view containing the exposure set or sets to delete.

3.     On the grid toolbar, click Edit.

4.     In the Modify Exposure View pane, select the exposure sets you want to delete and then click Delete.

A confirmation dialog box lists the exposure sets that you selected for deletion.

5.     Click Delete.

Database Administrators can purge exposure sets from AIR exposure databases through the Touchstone Administration Console. Purges begins immediately. To schedule a purge to begin at a specified day and time, use Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
