Locations Defaults Tab

The Locations Defaults tab contains the following fields:

Country Code

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Country Code field in your imported locations data.

 

The Country Code field represents the country code of the country in which the locations are located.

Construction Code Type

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Construction Code Type field in your imported locations data.

 

The Construction Code Type field represents the type of construction code that you are using for the Construction Building and Construction Other Structures fields for the locations.

AIR codes

Construction Building

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Construction Building field in your imported locations data.

 

The Construction Code Building field represents the construction code for the building at each of the locations.

Unknown

Occupancy Code Type

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Occupancy Code Type field in your imported locations data.

 

The Occupancy Code Type field represents the type of occupancy code that you are using for the Occupancy Code field for the locations.

AIR codes

Occupancy Code

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Occupancy Code field in your imported locations data.

 

The Occupancy Code field represents the occupancy code for the building at each of the locations.

Replacement Value Days Covered

(Applicable to primary and facultative property policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Replacement Value Days Covered field in your imported locations data.

 

The Replacement Value Days Covered field represents the number of days for which the Replacement Value Time is in effect for the locations.

Average Annual Wage

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Average Annual Wage field in your imported locations data.

 

The Average Annual Wage field represents the average wage for all covered employees at each of the locations.

Percent Day Shift (0-1)

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Percent Day Shift (0-1) field in your imported locations data.

 

The Percent Day Shift (0-1) field represents the percent of employees on premises at each of the locations during the day shift, that is, during normal working hours (9 a.m. - 4:59 p.m.).

Percent Evening Shift (0-1)

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Percent Evening Shift (0-1) field in your imported locations data.

 

The Percent Evening Shift (0-1) field represents the percent of employees on premises at each of the locations during the evening shift, that is, during typical commute times (7 a.m. - 8:59 a.m., 5 p.m. - 6:59 p.m.).

Percent Night Shift (0-1)

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Percent Night Shift (0-1) field in your imported locations data.

 

The Percent Night Shift (0-1) field represents the percent of employees on premises at each of the locations during the night shift (7 p.m. - 6:59 a.m.).

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Deductible Type field in your imported locations data.

 

The Deductible Type field represents the deductible type for each of the terms for each of the locations.

Injury Rate

Medical and Indemnity Minor

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Medical and Indemnity Minor field in your imported locations data.

 

The Medical and Indemnity Minor field represents the average medical and indemnity payment rate for minor (outpatient for Japan) injuries, applicable for medical and indemnity payments, for the locations.

Medical and Indemnity Moderate

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Medical and Indemnity Moderate field in your imported locations data.

 

The Medical and Indemnity Moderate field represents the average medical and indemnity payment rate for moderate (hospitalization and surgery for Japan) injuries, applicable for medical and indemnity payments, for the locations.

Medical and Indemnity Major

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Medical and Indemnity Major field in your imported locations data.

 

The Medical and Indemnity Major field represents the average medical and indemnity payment rate for major (disability for Japan) injuries, applicable for medical and indemnity payments, for the locations.

Medical and Indemnity Fatality

(Applicable to primary and facultative workers' compensation policies only)

Specifies the value that Touchstone should use to fill in a blank Medical and Indemnity Fatality field in your imported locations data.

 

The Medical and Indemnity Fatality field represents the average medical and indemnity payment rate for fatal (death for Japan) injuries, applicable for medical and indemnity payments, for the locations.

When you have finished editing the settings on this tab, click Apply to apply the changes.
