Working with Loss Analysis Results |
When Touchstone completes a loss analysis, you can view the analysis results.
To include Pre-Layer Gross results, you run a Contract Loss analysis on a contract, select Pre-Layer Gross as one of the loss perspectives, and save the losses by layer.
The results do not reflect application of MAOL terms. To view the impact of MAOL terms, you must export the results to a company loss file and view it in AIR CATRADER.
Since losses for non-catastrophe events are deterministic, there are no averages and no EP curves; the losses are aggregate losses, not occurrence-level losses. When you run a non-catastrophe peril analysis, the Non Cat Results ribbon includes new buttons that enable you to view non-catastrophe expected losses. If you run both types of analysis, the Summary EP table includes a NonCat EV column (aggregate only). The View Options menu for non-catastrophe peril analyses enables you to view results by contributing contracts, contributing contract layers, contributing locations, reinsurance program, 5-Year PSOLD results, and 20-Year PSOLD results.
If you apply a loss modification factor, the results grid displays two rows: a row with the baseline detailed loss analysis and another row for the modified detailed loss analysis. When you open the modified analysis, the ribbon includes the AIR/Mod group, where you can display AIR results, modified results, and the difference between the results.
If you run a loss analysis with zones for accumulating exposures, the results grid includes a Summary EP Table Zone table. When you configure the analysis, you can choose to retain the annual EP table by zone.
