Generating a Single Location Hazard Report

You can generate a Single Location Hazard Report in Underwriting Contract Mode.

A Single Location Hazard Report includes basic information about the single location that you have selected, as well as risk and relative risk indicators and relevant historical peril information for each of the perils that you have chosen to include in the report. You can select any of the following perils to include in a Single Location Hazard Report.:

       Tropical Cyclone

       Severe Thunderstorm

       Earthquake

       Flood

       Terrorism

 

Touchstone supports Single Location Hazard Reports for locations in the United States.

To generate a Single Location Hazard Report:

1.     In Underwriting Contract Mode, add or open a contract.

2.     In the Contract Summary Dashboard, select Reports.

If Touchstone has not yet generated any reports for this contract, the Report Settings pane appears.

If Touchstone has already generated one or more reports for this contract, a list of generated reports appears in the grid. In this case, click Analysis Options to open the Report Settings pane and generate a new report for this contract.

3.     In the Reports area, select Single Location Hazard Report.

4.     In the Report Settings pane, select the perils that you want to include in this report.

5.     Select the location that you want to include in this report.

6.     Leave the default report name or enter a new report name.

7.     Click Run.
