Configuring a Loss Analysis with a Custom Model

The User Model Management pane enables you to import custom user models, created using Model Builder, into Touchstone. You can then select the custom model to use with your imported exposure data when you run a Detailed Loss Analysis.

Procedure

To configure a Detailed Loss Analysis with a custom user model:

  1. Open a project, highlight one or more exposure views, select Run Analysis, and then select Detailed Loss.

    The New Detailed Loss Analysis pane opens to the Analysis Settings pane.

  2. In the Model list, select the custom user model that you want to use.
    Note:

    The Non-Catastrophe Peril Analysis options disappear because custom user models are not supported in Non-Catastrophe Peril analyses.

  3. In the Event Set list, select the event set created for the selected custom model.
  4. Continue configuring the analysis the way you do for AIR models.
