The following items were retired with the June 2025 release of Touchstone(Re) and will remain so for all future releases.

Operating systems

Microsoft has ended support for all versions prior to and including Windows Server 2016.

Databases

Support has ended for any version prior to and including SQL Server 2019.

HPC

Support has ended for any version prior to and including HPC Pack 2019 (Updates 1 and 2).

Note: Information on Intel processors:

Verisk builds, tests, and deploys all Verisk software on machines with Intel-based processors.
Verisk does not recommend or support non-Intel processors.
Since Touchstone and Touchstone Re code use Intel binaries, there is significant performance degradation when using the product in an environment running the AMD platform.
