Working with Hazard analysis results

Show or hide results for any of the included hazard profiles.

Procedure

  1. Note: Touchstone currently supports the profiles produced by a hazard analysis only for locations in the United States.
Access the results grid for your project.
  2. Select the analysis for which you want to view the results after making sure that the activity status is "Completed".
  3. Click the hyperlinked name of the analysis.
  4. In the Hazard Results Table, to show or hide results for any of the included hazard profiles, select or clear the corresponding profile check boxes above the table.
To display only the results of an earthquake analysis, select Earthquake Profile and clear the other profile check boxes.
  5. To view a map of the results, select Show/Hide Content Items in the sidebar and then select Hazard Results Map view.
Touchstone displays the map. The map tools available to you depend on the Touchstone version that you are using. The Map Tools topic provides information about using map tools.
  6. To view event intensity information, select Show/Hide Content Items in the sidebar and then select Hazard Results Intensity.
Touchstone displays the Hazard Results Intensity grid, which provides visibility into the data behind our models. It displays the underlying hazard data that Touchstone uses to calculate loss.
    Note:

The Event Intensities feature requires a separate license.

Touchstone stores event intensity data in the tRRRR_HAZ_Intensity table within the Result database. For information about Touchstone databases, refer to the Touchstone Database Reference Guide in the Developer Zone on the Client Portal
