For unknown non-cat deductible use

Select default value to use when non-cat deductible use is unknown.

For unknown PPC use

Select appropriate default PPC (Public Protection Class) code to use for any locations in an analysis that do not have specific PPC information.

For unknown fire sprinklers use

Select appropriate default fire sprinkler usage setting for any commercial property listings in an analysis that do not have specific fire sprinkler protection information.

For general residential occupancy (301) use

Select default code for general residential occupancy.

For multi-family occupancy (303) assume

Select default number of units in a multi-family occupancy.

Assume tenant policy (H04) if replacement value A=0
