Modeled Exposure Summary Table

The Modeled Exposure Summary table shows the total replacement values, total insured values, and record counts that Touchstone sent to the loss engine during a given analysis. The table also shows whether the engine applied reinsurance terms.

You can use the table to understand whether Touchstone modeled all or some of the exposure view that you included in the analysis. For example, the exposure view may have included a total replacement value of 52 million, but Touchstone may have modeled only 48 million in total replacement value.

Touchstone may exclude locations or contracts from an analysis for multiple reasons:

• The location is not compatible with the event set included in the analysis.

• The contract applies to a country that you are not licensed to run analyses for.

• The location is not geocoded.

• The location is associated with primary or secondary risk characteristics that are not valid for the analysis, and so on.
