CBRN - International |

CBRN weapons include: Chemical--sarin and VX; Biological--anthrax and smallpox; Radiological-- cobalt and cesium dispersion devices, and Nuclear--1, 20, or 50 kiloton bombs. CBRN Exclusions |
|
Pollution Exclusion - Property |
Select this option if the property policy contains pollution exclusions, as is typical. If you select this option, Touchstone excludes 75% of biological events and 20% of chemical events in the event set. This exclusion applies only to terrorist attacks using CBRN weapons. |
Bacteria and Virus Exclusion - Property |
Select this option if the property policy contains bacteria and virus exclusions, as is typical. If you select this option, Touchstone excludes 100% of the biological events in the event set. This exclusion applies only to terrorist attacks using CBRN weapons. |
Pollution Exclusion - Workers' Compensation |
Do not select this option. By law, workers' compensation policies are not allowed to exclude pollution. This exclusion applies only to terrorist attacks using CBRN weapons. |
Bacteria and Virus Exclusion - Workers' Compensation |
Select this option if the workers' compensation policy contains bacteria and virus exclusions, as is typical. If you select this option, Touchstone excludes 100% of the biological events in the event set. This exclusion applies only to terrorist attacks using CBRN weapons. |
Terrorism Not Covered |
Select this option if Standard Fire Policies (SFP) provide the only terrorism coverage in your portfolio. Select either this option or the Terrorism Covered option. If you select this option, the analysis still considers, for SFP states, 60% of conventional terrorism events and 100% of nuclear and radiological events. SFP states require insurers to provide coverage for fires due to terrorist attacks even if the policy holder has rejected the terrorism coverage in accordance with the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (TRIPRA). |
