You can delete contracts with their associated artifacts, which include analysis results,
the Exposure Summary, and reports. The Delete function removes each contract's exposure
data and any associated results from the Contracts list and from the databases. It also
removes Activity Monitor items and log files.
Procedure
To delete one or more contracts and their associated results in Underwriting Contract Mode:
-
On the Home tab, highlight the contract or contracts that you want to delete.
-
On the grid toolbar, click .
If you selected a single contract, a warning message displays the insured name and
contract ID in the top pane and the list of associated artifacts included for
deletion in the bottom pane.
If you selected multiple contracts, a warning message tells you that the selected
contracts and associated artifacts will be removed. The dialog box does not list
all the artifacts; this is because you may be deleting contracts with many
artifacts.
-
Click Delete.
The application deletes the contracts and the associated artifacts.
