The Clash Analysis Settings pane contains the following fields and buttons that enable you to configure Clash Analyses in Underwriting Contract Mode.

Can Be Included in a Template?

Address (Textual Match)

Select this option when you want Touchstone to define underwriting clash by exact address for locations in this contract. Clear the check box if you do not want to use this option.

Yes

Distance to Existing Locations Less Than

Select this option when you want Touchstone to define underwriting clash by defining a ring around each location in this contract. Enter the desired ring radius and then select the desired unit of measurement (feet or meters). Clear the check box if you do not want to use this option.

You can create and edit Clash Analysis templates to specify default settings for Clash Analyses. When you create or edit a Clash Analysis template, you can specify any of the settings indicated in the table above to include these settings in a Clash Analysis template.
