About the Location Record Pane
The Location Record pane provides summary information about the location and enables you to view, add, and delete location terms and reinsurance treaties.
To view the perils for a location, open the contract, open the location record, and then click the Terms tab.
The available columns in the location record depend on the contract type—for workers' compensation contracts, the Number of Employees column replaces the Replacement Value Building column and the Building Value per Gross Area column does not appear.
To apply mapping set rules to location-level data, select the exposure view, open the Contract List, and select a Contract ID with the locations you want to work with. If available, you can select a user geocode match level and mapping set. Select each location with user-supplied codes that you want to re-map to AIR Geocode Match Level codes. When you select a user-supplied mapping set, the AIR Geocode Match Level set value changes to "User Supplied". If you then select "None" as the mapping set and save the change, the AIR Geocode Match Level value reverts to the default specified in Global Defaults > Geocoding Settings.
