HPC Node Group Association

Administration Console > HPC Resource Management > HPC Node Group Association

Note:

System administrators install and configure Microsoft® HPC components, including the nodes, when they install the application. For more information, refer to the Touchstone/Touchstone Re Installation Guide on the AIR Client Portal.

Configure HPC resources in the HPC Node Group Association pane. For your changes to take effect, the application prompts you to restart both the IIS Application Services component and the Touchstone or Touchstone Re client.


Parameters and Buttons	Description
Common Buttons	Use these buttons (when applicable) and the parameters below to configure HPC resources.
	Click to add a new configuration. Required fields are marked in red.
Business Unit	Select one or more business units to associate with the node group.
Role	Select one or more roles to associate with the node group.
Activity Type	Select one or more activity types to associate with the node group.
Minimum/Maximum Cores	Enter the minimum and maximum cores for the node group to use. The system administrator sets the number of available cores.
Node Group	Select one or more nodes to include in the node group. Click in the Node Group cell and then select a group from the Node Group list.
