Construction class codes
Touchstone applies non-engineered building damage distributions to the construction classes listed in this topic, regardless of occupancy class.
The occupancy classes include the industrial facility (400-series) occupancy classes: 101, 102, 103, 104, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 173, 174, 178, 179, 261. This applies to the Verisk Earthquake Model for Japan and to the Verisk Earthquake Model for Canada.
