Copying and Moving Contracts in Portfolio Mode

Copying and moving contracts in Portfolio Mode.

Procedure

To copy or move a contract or multiple contracts:

  1. Open a contract list.
  2. Highlight the contract or contracts to copy or move.
  3. Click (Copy/Move).

    The Copy/Move Contract or Copy/Move Contracts dialog box appears.

  4. Select Copy contract, Move contract, Copy contracts, or Move contracts.
  5. Select the target database and then select an existing exposure set or enter the name of a new exposure set.
  6. To avoid copying or moving contracts with duplicate IDs:

    • Select Skip duplicate contracts.

    • Enter a prefix to apply to contracts with duplicate IDs.

  7. Click Copy or Move.

    When Touchstone completes the copy or move operation, the Copy done or Move done message appears.

  8. Click Cancel or X to close the dialog box.
