The tab contains the following fields and areas:

Description

Required Fields

Lists the Touchstone fields to which you must map fields in your locations import file. Each indicates the successful mapping of a required field. Each indicates that further mapping actions are needed for that field.

Mapped Fields

The total number of fields that Touchstone automapped or that you mapped manually.

Mapped Fields Grid

Enables you to map fields in your source locations file that AIR ImportExpress did not recognize during the automapping process. You can also edit existing mappings in this grid.

The first row contains the column headings in your source locations data. The second row contains the valid Touchstone fields. The remaining rows containing data from the first 10 records of your import data.

For each field that you want to map, locate the import field that you want to map, in the first row of the grid. Then select the corresponding Touchstone field in the second row of the grid.

When you have finished editing the settings on this tab, click Apply.
