Edit Summary EP Points

The Edit Summary EP Points dialog box contains the following fields and buttons that enable you to edit or add Exceedance Probability points to the Summary EP table:

Description
Point

Specifies each EP point. Enter or edit the desired EP points.

Exceedance Probability

Specifies the exceedance probability for each EP point.

Return Period (yr)

Specifies the return period for each EP point.

Reset to default

Enables you to reset the EP points to the Touchstone default values.

Reorder & Apply

Enables you to reorder and apply the changes that you have made to the EP points. After you edit the points and click this button, the Edit Summary EP Points dialog box is automatically closed.

OK

Enables you to save the EP point changes that you have made. After you edit the points and click this button, the Edit Summary EP Points dialog box is automatically closed.

Cancel

Enables you to close the Edit Summary EP Points dialog box without saving your changes.

You can persist the saved values across all loss results to which the Summary EP table applies both during the current session and after the user logs out of Touchstone and then returns to Touchstone. In the Utilities area on the Loss Results ribbon, click My Preferences, select the Return Period Points check box, and then click Save. You can always restore the default settings. Changes made in the Administration Console (Loss Defaults > Exceedance Probability) do not override your user preferences.
