Hiding a Project

You can hide projects from the Projects pane on the Home tab. When you hide a project, the project does not appear in the Projects pane and the exposure views, results, and other data contained in the project do not appear in Touchstone. However, Touchstone does not delete any project data.

You may hide completed or unused projects to shorten the list of projects in the pane.

You or another user can show hidden projects at any time.

Procedure

To hide a project:

  1. Navigate to the Home page.
  2. In the Projects pane, select the project to hide.
  3. Click Hide Project. Alternatively, right-click anywhere in the row for the project, and then select Hide Project.

Results

Touchstone changes the Status of the project to Hidden.
