What's New in CEDE 9.0 Databases

AIR has introduced these changes and enhancements in CEDE 9.0.

Includes new peril codes for the severe thunderstorm options in the Detailed Loss analysis. This enables you to directly append the peril codes for the straight-line wind, hail, and tornado perils in Touchstone.
Additional updates for currency exchange rate table and new currency code BYN (in addition to the existing BYR) for Belarus. The currency table has also been updated with the VEF (Bolivar Fuerte) currency exchange rate.
Export exposure data from Sequel Impact in a CSV format that is in a Touchstone-ready format.
Support for Fast Underwriting Loss Analysis (FUWLA) by model rather than by event sets or perils. AIR has added a new table to map model information, country, peril, and the associated FUWLA mode.
Includes damage functions for modeling marine cargo, salvage potential, small utility protection, and specie risks.

AIRReference.tOccLimitType

AIR has added a new occurrence limit type. This limit type is applied to the total loss for buildings, other structures, and contents. The layer coverage and combined deductibles will no longer be remapped to a blanket layer deductible and a coverage or combined deductible Sublimit. Therefore, you can import a 'Layer Coverage' or 'Combined Deductible' types as is.
