In Touchstone and Touchstone Re, zone editing functions that are available from the Zones pane in
the Zone Set Manager.

Procedure

In the leftmost pane, select the zone set that you want to edit.

In the rightmost Zones pane, use the tools to perform any of
the following functions:

To add a new zone, click
(Add Zone)
next to the New Zone command.
A new zone appears. You can now set up the zones as described in the "Create
a zone set" topic.

To edit the zone name, select the zone, click
(Edit zone name) next to the zone name, enter the new name, and then press
Enter.
Zone names must be unique within a zone set, but do not need to be unique
across zone sets or business units.
The new name appears in the Zones pane and in the
Zone field in the Zone Set
Manager pane.

To copy a zone, select the zone and then click
(Copy zone).
The copied zone appears in the Zones pane with "_copy"
appended to the original zone name.

To delete an existing zone, select the zone and then click
(Delete zone).
You cannot delete the last zone in a zone set.
After deleting zones, the zone count is updated.

To edit geographic areas in a zone:

In the leftmost pane, select the zone set containing the zone or zones that
you want to modify.

In the Zones pane, expand the zone that you want to
modify.
The selector columns display the geographic areas that are included in the
zone.

In the selector columns, select or clear the check boxes next to each
geographic area that you want included or, if already selected, that you want
removed from the zone.
For a zone named "Denmark" that currently has one CRESTA zone, DNK_10, select additional
CRESTA zones in the CRESTA column.
The zone list is updated.
You can also select one or more areas in a zone and then click
(Delete geographic areas); this removes the check
boxes next to the areas in the selector columns.

When you have finished editing zones, click
(Save), and then click OK to overwrite the original
areas.
