Access the Client Portal
The Client Portal provides you with access to the latest information on model and software updates.
Procedure
- Go to the Client Portal.

Log in to the portal or register for a new account.
You can log in with your ALERT user name and password.

After logging in to the portal, refer to the following sections as needed:
- The Documentation and Downloads
section enables you to search for specific documents and other types of content (including Help). The Search tool and filters enables you to narrow the results. For example, you can narrow the results to search for software documentation and then search for documentation about "events".
- The Developer Zone
enables you to locate API and database documentation.
- The Touchstone Exposure Data Validation Reference, which is available on the Client Portal and on our UNICEDE website (www.unicede.com) provides information about Touchstone's validation rules.
